It provides 4 different grilling areas: a main grate with a height adjustable system, a secondary grate and griddle where you can cook your favorite vegetables. Putting all these together, you will get a total of 714 square inches of grilling space. The firebox gaucho style brasero allows you to light up the charcoal quicker and with less effort. It maintains your fire lit and away from the food. You can use wood charcoal or firewood based on your preference to grill like a gaucho. Slow cook some short ribs for 4 hours, some argentine sausage or chorizo or smoke a fish on the main grate while cooking some potatoes on the secondary grate. Bottom and walls are covered with firebricks which extends the product durability but also helps spread the heat evenly. Also includes a bottle opener, 304 stainless steel shovel and coal rake, 4 swivel casters (2 with brake). 5 year limited warranty

Argentine grill knowledge
Height adjustable grates: this feature gives you the possibility to adjust the height of the grates to control the cooking temperature. Use the wheel to move the main grates up or down depending on what you need (closer to the coals = more heat to sear | away from coal = less heat for slow cooking). It is a feature that you will find in many South American barbecues because it allows you to really master the grill.
The firebox or brasero: allows you to light up the wood or charcoal quicker and with less effort. It maintains the fire lit and away from the food. You can use firewood or charcoal or a combination of the two based on your preference. We recommend using lump charcoal and firewood. Once coals are ready, they will simple fall under. An easy and practical way to light up the fire and grill like a gaucho.
Firebricks: to help transmit less heat to the outside panels but also spreads the heat evenly throughout the grill. This feature is well known in the Argentine grill. It is also a must have because it extends the life of the charcoal grill.
4 Different cooking areas to inspire your imagination. A main grate, one small secondary grate, a griddle and 8 S shape meat hooks for roasting or smoking your favorite food. Made of 304 stainless steel it really gives you the possibility to show your grilling skills.

I really enjoyed putting together all the components of the grill and during this process I realized about the great quality of the grill!
Grilling and cooking on the grill is another art, my kids love the taste and also my wife said that looks nice in the backyard! 😀
Ordered and received my BBQ03SS w/i a week. Perfectly packaged in a wooden crate. Took a 2nd helper to perform the final touches on assembly, but that was expected. Took a risk and invited 6 people for my first attempt with the grill and was met with great success - I used a number of recipes from the Tagwood BBQ website and all were delighted with the results. I'm looking to many years of grilling with this amazing grill.
It's rare to find a group of people that form a company dedicated to a passion. In this case live fire grilling be it wood or charcoal. I'm particular for my charcoal grilling needs and was pleasantly surprised at the level of detail my questions were answered; from the gage of the metals to the measurements of grill travel and various distances that were important to me. I enjoy the open-ness and flexibility of this grill, a sense of freedom to work with the fire and food instead of being boxed in like traditional North American grills.
